Diet Consultation

• All sessions must be booked in advance and are confirmed only after payment.

• Clients are expected to be on time. A 5–10 minute grace period may be allowed; beyond this, the session may be shortened or marked as completed.

• Rescheduling is allowed only if requested at least 24 hours in advance.

• Cancellations within 24 hours of schedule timing or no-shows will result in the session being counted as used.

• Repeated last-minute changes may lead to restricted booking privileges.

• All packages come with a validity period. Unused sessions after expiry will not be carried forward or refunded.

• Clients must ensure they are medically fit to participate and disclose any injuries or health conditions beforehand.

• Quick Fit is not responsible for injuries caused by:

  • Undisclosed conditions

  • Improper form outside guided sessions

  • Adherence to instructions

• Results depend on consistency and effort; no guaranteed outcomes are promised.

• Clients are expected to maintain respectful behavior. Misconduct may lead to termination without refund.

• By booking a session, the client agrees to all terms stated above.

• No refunds will be provided once a session or package is booked or started.

• In exceptional cases (e.g., medical emergencies), refund requests may be considered at Quick Fit’s discretion.

• If approved:

  • The amount will be refunded within 1-3 business days.
