  • When you sign up, you agree to participate fully — half-hearted effort may lead to half-hearted results (and we both deserve better).

  • Sessions operate on a fixed weekly schedule. Missed sessions aren’t refundable, but you’re welcome to blame your alarm privately.

  • Refunds are available only before your plan starts. Once the coaching journey begins, there are no refunds — because real progress requires commitment from both sides.

  • Quick Fit coaches you with science-backed methods, but you’re responsible for following them safely. We can guide you, not babysit you. Quick Fit isn’t liable for injuries, poor form done behind our back, or spontaneous PR attempts.
