  • Consult a doctor before beginning any fitness or nutrition program.

  • To not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without permission.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Quick Fit platform (videos, PDFS, logos, texts) is owned by Quick Fit and protected under Indian copyright laws. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.

5. Payment & Subscriptions

All purchases are final unless covered under our Refund Policy below. By purchasing any service, you agree to our pricing and billing terms as displayed at checkout.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Quick Fit is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our programs.

  • We do not guarantee specific health or fitness outcomes.

  • You assume full responsibility for your physical well-being.

7. Modifications

Quick Fit reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of changes.

Quick Fit is committed to protecting your privacy in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its associated rules.

  • Payment information is processed via secure payment gateways (we do not store card details).

  • Provide personalised coaching and support.

  • Communicate updates, programs, and offers.

  • Improve our services and user experience.

3. Sharing of Data

We do not sell or rent your personal information. Your data may be shared only:

  • With our internal Quick Fit team for service delivery.

  • With legal authorities, if required by law.

Refund Policy

1. Digital Products & Services

As our services are digital and personalised, all purchases are non-refundable, except in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment.

  • Unintentional charges due to technical error.

To request a refund, email us at india.quickfit@gmail.com or WhatsApp message us on 7710963679 within 3 days of the transaction. All refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

2. One-on-One Coaching

  • Refunds for one-on-one coaching will be considered only before the program begins.

  • No refunds will be issued once coaching sessions have started.

  • Number of sessions are to be used within the amount of time frame that have been specified.

3. Group Programs (Webinars/Trainings)

No refunds once the group training program has started, unless cancelled by Quick Fit due to unforeseen reasons.
